A Friendsgiving Fine Dining Experience
Good FoodDeep ConversationsMeaningful Connections
An intimate table. Ten guests. One unforgettable evening.
Friendsgiving is about the people you choose to sit with. This one is built for that: a single table, a five-course plant-based menu cooked and plated by Chef Shamara, and an evening paced so the conversation can go somewhere.
No rushed service, no crowded room. Just ten guests, direct time with Chef Shamara, and the stories behind each dish told by the chef who made it: a more personal evening than any restaurant dinner or large event can offer.
A five-course dinner plated with restaurant precision, from the Signature Blueberry Lemonade to Brenda's Lemon Supreme Pound Cake.
A table small enough that nobody stays a stranger past the second course.
An evening with room to linger, and ten people who came for the same thing.
Your seat puts you directly in the culinary action as Chef Shamara prepares and finishes the evening's courses. Watch select dishes come together, experience plating up close, hear the inspiration behind the menu directly from Chef Shamara, ask questions in real time, and enjoy more intimate conversation and interaction throughout the evening.
Only four Chef's Counter seats exist. Once they're reserved, they're gone.
The Chef's Counter is fully reserved.
A Certified Whole Food Plant-Based Chef, former restaurant owner and operator, award-winning culinary entrepreneur, cookbook author and culinary innovation consultant.
As owner and operator of InnerG Café, she built a plant-based restaurant recognised with a People's Choice award for Best Vegetarian Restaurant. Her cookbooks, including Food Is A Love Language and 35 Days, 35 Ways, turn familiar comfort food into memorable plant-based experiences. This evening is that idea, served at one table.
To keep the evening private, the exact address is shared only with confirmed guests ahead of the dinner.
The Chef's Counter is the four-seat kitchen bar directly in front of Chef Shamara, and the most immersive seat in the room: you watch select dishes come together, see plating up close, ask questions in real time and get closer, behind-the-scenes interaction with Chef Shamara. The Dining Experience is the full five-course Friendsgiving fine-dining experience at the Friendsgiving Table, for the other six guests.
A private venue in the Orlando area. The exact address is sent to confirmed guests before the event.
